In early summer, Lee Tung Street will hold a limited-time event Brewtopia for two consecutive weekends (June 28-29 and July 5-6)! Specialty coffee stall owners from Taiwan and Hong Kong will gather together to bring a feast for coffee lovers! This market introduces many popular coffee brands, with professional baristas demonstrating on the spot, sharing brewing techniques, and interactive workshops and sharing sessions to open up a new perspective on coffee. Don't forget to bring your own cup, which is environmentally friendly and can also get free coffee tastings! Strolling along Lee Tung Street, tasting fragrant coffee while savoring the leisurely time of slow city life, it is definitely a good place to relax on weekends!
Limited-time event, gathering Hong Kong and Taiwan specialty coffee flavors
The limited-time coffee market on Lee Tung Street, with the theme of "fragrant coffee, green life, slow city life", invited more than 25 specialty coffee stall owners from Taiwan and Hong Kong to participate, adding a leisurely atmosphere to the city. The rich aroma of coffee wafts through the venue, allowing you to indulge in the carefully selected high-quality coffee beans and unique roasting process, taste the diverse coffee flavors, and savor every sip of the mellowness. Whether you are a coffee novice or an experienced lover, there are endless surprises waiting for you to discover.
1. Hong Kong Specialty Stalls Local Ginger Benefits the Community
· Bringing together popular coffee brands in Hong Kong, including My Little Coffee, Mr. Putu, and others.
o My Little Coffee is a local licensed coffee bean roaster in Hong Kong. Its representative won the Hong Kong Division of the 2024 Lover's Cup Hand-Poured Coffee Competition and was the Hong Kong Division representative of the national competition. The coffee is packaged by deaf baristas and employees with "special care" needs. Through the power of coffee, the brand is committed to promoting equality, helping different disadvantaged communities, and giving back to the community.
o Mr. Putu is a local boutique coffee roasting brand in Hong Kong, dedicated to collecting beautiful beans from all over the world and selling them to coffee lovers at reasonable prices. Mr. Putu insists on roasting coffee beans on order, so that coffee lovers can taste the best flavor of each coffee bean.
o Mr. Putu introduces coffee grown in Bali coffee farms, promoting local sweet and fruity coffee varieties to overseas markets. These include the wild cat feces coffee series with a mellow taste and tropical fruit flavor; and the 1950s ancient tree coffee series with rare production and deep flavor like aged tea.
2. Explore Taiwan's coffee culture Award-winning stores debut in Hong Kong market
· The lineup of participating Taiwanese stores is top-notch, including Xunpin. Xunpin Coffee from Taichung, run by Huang Youcheng, who won the runner-up of the World Bean Roasting Competition in April this year, and Zhuowushan Coffee Farm, which has won many awards in Taiwan competitions. They are all coming to Hong Kong for the first time to set up a market and directly deliver award-winning coffee beans freshly roasted in season.
· In addition, VWI By CHADWANG, run by 2017 World Cup Brewing Championship champion Wang Ce, will lead the team to demonstrate brewing in person, giving you the opportunity to taste the champion coffee.
· There are also many coffee shops from northern, central and southern Taiwan that come to Hong Kong for the first time to participate in the market, including: Nong Zhai Coffee, Introverted Coffee, Baked Cat Coffee, Phase Coffee, You Ming Xin, etc.; and other specialty coffee shops, including: Hatching Coffee @ Taipei, Debu Coffee, Coffee Stopover, Lim-kapi, etc.
3. Giant Coffee Bear Appears on Lee Tung Street, a New Check-in Hotspot
· A trendy check-in spot is set up in the atrium of Lee Tung Street. The nearly 3-meter-tall "Giant Coffee Bear" holding a coffee cup makes an eye-catching appearance. Its camouflage shape is full of playfulness, especially suitable for a group of coffee fans to come and check in! Checking in with a strong coffee in hand on the European-style Lee Tung Street will definitely steal the spotlight.
4. Greenpeace supports free tasting with your own cup to support low-carbon life
· The market actively promotes green life and invites Greenpeace to set up an educational booth to introduce the "Reusable Cup Borrowing and Returning Program". Reusable cup borrowing and returning services will be provided on site. Coffee lovers are also welcome to bring their own environmentally friendly cups to taste special coffee for free at some stalls on site to practice low-carbon life together.

Coffee Cupping Experience Workshop
